CB125K5 - In Italy

Bonjour,
My name is Paul Ovidiu and I live in a small town nearby Vicenza, Italy, this is why I'm writting in English.
Last month I have found a Honda CB125K5. The VIN # is 5039072. Unfortunately I don't have any other information about it, because there were no documents. Even the plate number and the start key are missing.
From the identification plate on the bike I can tell that it has been first handled in Germany, because it has German words on it. Also, the place where it has been found (a garage closed for at least 10 years inside a condo occupied by US soldiers, here in Vicenza) makes me think that the bike has been brought in Italy by an American soldier. Most likely the soldier might have bought the bike in Germany, than he/she was transfered here. After some investigations, I can already tell that the bike was never registered neither at the US Military base located in Vicenza, neither at the Italian Vehicle Registration Offices.
Due to the particularity of the history of this bike, I'm trying to bring it back to life. To do so, it will not be easy since I'm not the legal owner of it.
I would like to kindly ask for your help. I know that my request may sound strange, but whatever help (redirection to an appropriate office, document of the bike, etc) that might come from you could be very helpful with my desire to put back on road this Honda. I can send detailed pictures of the bike for your view, if necessary.

I have a confirmation that the bike is coming from Germany. Now I just have to identify the year, that I think is 1973...

The German model does not have an electric starter, the turn signals, rear light and rear fender are different. This is for the visible part. Otherwise for the invisible outside, the lighthouse is different and the bulb more powerful. The alternator is more powerful.

For used spare parts that are identical for France and Germany it is better to see on Ebay France, the prices are much cheaper than in Germany. Despite everything for specific German parts you will have no choice, you will be forced to buy on Ebay Germany with much higher prices...
